Introduction
Welcome! We are the proud owners of this apartment in Los Arenales del Sol, near Alicante on the sunny Costa Blanca in Spain. From spring 2019 we have offered our apartment for rent. We work together with a rental company on site, which has over 25 years of experience on the Costa Blanca. They take care of your booking, the cleaning, the transfer of the keys and they will also answer your questions during your stay.
On this page we give you a summary of all the necessary information about the availability, prices and facilities, the way to book the apartment and how to contact us . Prices
The apartment can be rented per day and therefore has no fixed arrival or departure days. A big advantage, so that you can see for yourself which data suits you best or whether your flight is the most advantageous. Please note that if you arrive on a day that another guests leave (changeover day), it must be possible to clean the apartment in the meantime. You agree on the arrival and departure times with the rental company.

Please note: At the moment, construction work has started near the house so there may be noise during the day. The price is based on this and will be adjusted after construction.

The above prices are for the entire apartment based on 4 people. You can book a 5th or 6th person for 49 euros per person per week (valid from 4 years).
A child’s bed and high chair can be provided on request for a small extra charge.
Also transport from and to the airport can be booked through the rental company.

The above prices include:

• Linen (beds are made upon arrival), towels and also use of beach towels
• Use of parking garage, storage room, beach chairs, swimming pool, washing machine
• Water, electricity, Wifi, TV with channels in several languages (e.g. Dutch, English)
• Netflix login to your account possible on the TV (also HBO Max, Prime, Apple TV)
  
  Exclusive are:
• Booking costs of the rental company; € 35 per booking (required)
• Final cleaning by the rental company; € 90 per stay (required; in the winter € 125))
• Deposit of € 200 (required). This will be charged by the rental company and refunded to your account after departure if no damage has been found.
  We work as Dutch owners with a Dutch rental company on site.
  This is a Dutch family business with over 25 years of experience in Spain. They speak Dutch, but also English, Spanish, German etc. They make the final booking with you, you pay them and they wait for you at the apartment and provide you with the keys. They also ensure that the beds are made and the apartment is delivered clean to you.

Booking
You finally enter into the agreement with the rental company and you pay them the entire rent including booking, cleaning and deposit.
We pass on your booking to them and the agreements made. They then will contact you shortly to arrange everything. For questions you can of course always contact us. Licence under request.

If you want to book, you can send us an email with your name, dates, possibly your telephone number and other questions. We will then contact you shortly to close this with you and to take the dates as an option, after which the booking can be made final.

Some more information about the apartment
Beach Avenue Residence is a in 2018 newly built apartment, located in Los Arenales del Sol, a 15 minute drive from Alicante and just a 10 minutes drive from Alicante International Airport. Close to everything, but the peace to relax and the sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. On the ‘Appartement’ page you will find photos.
It is a 4 to 6 person apartment in a small-scale complex of 30 apartments. It has two spacious terraces, both at the front by the pool and at the back, so that the sun or the shade can be looked up during the day.

In the living room you will find a spacious seating area with a comfortable sofa bed that makes it possible to stay in the apartment with 5 or 6 people. The dining table can be enlarged to a 6-person table. The smart TV has all English and Dutch-language programs and the option to log in to your Netflix account (also HBO Max, Prime, Apple TV). You can also play music from your phone or tablet. Of course fast WiFi is available.

From the front terrace, which can be reached via a large sliding door in the living room, you have direct access to a large terrace with a view of the inner area with green areas and a communal swimming pool. This swimming pool can be reached directly from a private patio through a lockable gate, which is easy and safe: you supervise the children and decide whether or not they can go to the swimming pool. On the terrace you will find a spacious table with 6 chairs as well as 2 adjustable sun beds.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a sink, toilet and (rain) shower. A master bedroom with a double bed, direct access to the rear terrace and a private bathroom directly in the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and also access to the rear terrace. The 2nd bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and can also be used by other guests for the toilet. A hair dryer is available.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences: 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer. In addition to a coffee machine and kettle, there is also a microwave, toaster and hand blender. The kitchen is furthermore equipped with a generous amount of crockery, cutlery and glasses, as well as dishes etc.

The entire apartment has air conditioning that also provides warmth in the colder months. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms. For safety, there are roller shutters and the complex is fenced, so guests must first register at the central gate.
The washing machine is in the closet at the terrace on the back.
There is a private parking space and a storage room in the underground parking garage. With the remote control you open up the door and drive comfortably into the garage, after which you can take the stairs or elevator to the ground floor where the apartment is located. The entire complex and the apartment have been finished to a high standard, so you can comfortably enjoy peace and relaxation, but because of its location you are also quickly at the beach or even in the center of Alicante!

Beach Avenue Residence is very easy to reach by plane. The apartment is less than 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport. The international airport can be reached from various cities. We recommend that you look at the options and prices via websites such as:

Because you can book the apartment per day, it is often worthwhile to see whether a day earlier or later offers a cheaper flight.
If you want to bring a small suitcase for your stay, it is good to know that there are beach towels in the apartment for you. This saves space in the suitcase!
Information about arrivals and departures at Alicante airport

Car rental
If you come by plane, we recommend that you rent a car at or near the airport.
There are possibilities to book this directly with your airline ticket, for example with Ryanair. Better offers can be found on common comparison sites like DoYouSpain.com or Autoeurope.com
You ultimately book with the car rental company itself. Some have a counter at the airport and have the cars there directly in the parking garage. Rental companies just outside the airport can be cheaper. A shuttle bus will then take you from the airport to the company and vice versa.

Please note while booking whether the gasoline is included in the price and take care of the insurance. It is advisable to book “full/full” with ‘fuel policy’. You will then receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. This is often cheaper than the option where they charge the gasoline to you separately and administration costs are usually added.
With the insurance you can choose from a basic to a full coverage. The latter is usually presented at the counter, which can amount to 20 euros per day. If you opt for a third party or a basic insurance, the rental company requires a deposit on your credit card of 900-1400 euros. Something to keep in mind!
